As a Permitting Project Coordinator at R. Levesque Associates, Inc, you'll play a critical role in ensuring project compliance and managing the permitting process. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and municipalities to streamline and facilitate the permitting process.

Responsibilities

  • Work proactively with project managers, clients, and municipalities to ensure project compliance.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and permitting requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research and data compilation for permitting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit necessary applications and presentations for permitting.
  • Track project deadlines and hearing dates.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (not required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • Prior experience in permitting or a related field is a plus.

Survey/Engineering Draftsman Job Posting

R. Levesque Associates, Inc. (RLA) is a second-generation, multi-disciplinary, land design and permitting company offering professional services in the areas of landscape architecture, civil engineering, permitting, environmental design, project management and land survey. RLA's sole mission is to aid clients in developing innovative, environmentally sound, and cost-effective projects that promote sustainable development.

We are seeking a Survey Draftsman with outstanding time management and people skills who will apply business knowledge and experience to RLA’s overall operations. You will have the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • The right candidate will process and interpret survey data collected from the field.
  • Will be efficient at planning and preparing CAD drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D Software.
  • Will be able to maintain and organize digital and paper survey records.
  • Work with the field crews and project managers daily.
  • Produce top quality drawings.
  • Be knowledgeable with surveying and construction drafting.

Requirements

  • More than 1 year of AutoCAD experience preferred
  • Ability to understand boundary and topographic surveys preferred
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective work in both individual and team environments

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Starting salary: $25 - $30/HR – Based on Experience
